Upton easily sets a record for HSI at 122, a very solid showing, but the proof is in the prices and they are up $12/ square foot. With just 32 homes left on the market, Upton home sellers won't be feeling a lot of pressure to cut prices, so even with the sharp rise, it may hold through the fall. It will certainly be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
