Northbridge is seeing some real price appreciation, as the market tightens.  Although as always, there's a lot of new construction mixed in the data, we're seeing prices start to move upward, and sellers are holding steady right above the market.

What should active home buyers do in Northbridge ?

Home buyers will find a market that has some choices - but not many.  Inventory has been cut in half since we started tracking, and the builders no longer have huge surpluses  - and little standing inventory.  All in all, it's certainly not the toughest town to find a home, but it has gotten tougher.

What should potential home sellers do in Northbridge ?

Home sellers should make sure their property is looking it's best.  There's still enough competition that not everything is selling.  Houses in tougher locations or poor floor plans will need to really go the extra mile to make sure they can move quickly in this market.  Homes that are outside the new construction price ranges will see a little more urgency - as there are fewer choices for home buyers.
