The Southborough Homes For Sale Market Report

Southborough sellers aren't nearly as optimistic as some of the towns we've been reviewing, and so asking prices are much more in line with past sales.  Southborough is a good place for market deals at the moment.  Only problem is, there's not much for sale, with only 46 actives.

Home prices are near the highest levels, but home sellers are close to those prices.

What should active home buyers do in Southborough ?

Home buyers looking in Southborough should be prepared for a long wait - and I would think new listings would push prices up.  As bad as the recent listing in other towns?  Probably not, but it's hard to say.  Having another town in the search - or two - might be the best way to ride out the season, which is going to be very tough on buyers.

What should potential home sellers do in Southborough ?

Home sellers look at the rising HSI below, and the dwindling number of homes for sale, and they realize they can push prices up.  The market is the best we've seen in years for Southborough, and many popular homes will be getting multiple offers this spring.
