Ideas to Help Get you Started on a New Kitchen
Most people are pretty clear about one thing when it comes to new kitchens. It's a lot of work to do! But I also think they have a lot of anxiety about contractors and making the decisions about what to do. After all, it's usually easier to see someone else's ideas and decide if you like them or not. And that is easier.
However, it can be a lot more satisfying to do your own kitchen. I find that it's easier for me to think about what I want to do once I know what kind of "look" I want to go for. With that in mind, I've started to assemble this collection of kitchens (and coming soon - baths, and I've already started one on Palettes....),
Right now, it's mostly pictures, but I'll be adding text (and lots more pictures) in the coming weeks to help draw your eye to the positives and negatives of each photo.
A special note: Where are all the modern kitchens (and by that I mean the "modern style" not current? I have some in here, but not too many. Call it a collection of kitchens with New England flavor. Many kitchens re-done in this area are not modern, so I've included far fewer of them.
